Tutoring Group?
Do you need to update your dental nursing skills? New legislation (www.gdc-uk.org) coming into effect in 2008 requires that every dental nurse in the UK is registered with the General Dental Council. As part of the requirements for registration dental nurses need the new NVQ in Dental Nursing qualification (For exact requirements visit the GDC website) and the new VRQ Certificate in Dental Nursing.
If you require a recognised award to register with the GDC consider joining a tutoring group that is run by fellow nurses. All our tutors are practicing nurses, practice managers or dentists. Carrying out additional training can sometimes be difficult for staff who are working full-time. Our courses are run after hours and are designed to make it easy for you to carry out the training and tutoring at times you are available. The theory work can also be carried out online using our new web-based lectures. This training can be carried out at any time that suits you.

For nurses in the Hampshire area we offer Tutor-led instruction in Winchester and Southampton. Online Study is available for these students and for anyone else in the UK.
